Boron

Daily's Boron is a metalloid element with an atomic number of 5, atomic weight of 10.81, a mixture of 10B and 11B stable isotopes, and is found in the Earth’s crust as borate salts. As early as the 1970’s there was evidence that boron was beneficial for bone health as well as other health benefits. Later studies showed that humans with boron deficiency developed impaired mental executive function. Over time Boron has been identified as potentially beneficial for numerous health conditions with varying degrees of research validation.

Although no recommended minimum dosages have yet been established by the Food and Nutrition board, maximum dosages by age are as follows:

Age 1-3: 3mg; Age 4-8: 6mg; Age 9-13: 11mg; Age 15-18: 17mg; Adults: 20mg

Daily boron slotted tablets contain 6 mg of boron (as citrate) and
can be easily broken in half for a 3 mg dose if desired.
